Developed by the University of Minnesota in 1978, Edelweiss is a juicy, seeded grape that ripens in late summer. Fruit is green-white, has a high sugar content and is suitable for juice, dessert and sweet wine. Grape vines grow quickly and get quite heavy so they need a sturdy arbor or fence for support. Very disease resistant. Attracts pollinators.
